No Return Shipment Required
You do not need to ship anything back to us. To process a refund, simply:
- Take a photo of the product
- Destroy the item (cut, break, or otherwise make it unusable)
- Email the photo to support@seakoast.net
Once we receive your photo, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method.
No Exchanges
We do not offer exchanges. If you'd like a different item, just request a refund and place a new order whenever you’re ready.
Damaged or Defective Items
If your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your package and include photos of the issue. These items are also covered by our photo + destroy refund process.
Tile Murals
Due to their custom production process, tile murals are not eligible for standard refunds unless they arrive damaged or defective. In those cases, the same simplified refund process applies.
